Experienced, Credentialed, Connected
THE AUDIRA STORY
Stephen Kohler, Audira’s intuitive founder and chief advisor isn’t your ordinary executive coach or strategic thinker. He is a University of Chicago MBA-trained executive who led global marketing and strategy departments for several blue chip and industry-leading brands such as Weber, Kraft, and Shure. On top of an accomplished business background and an immense network of functional and industry professionals, he holds a BA in philosophy from Northwestern and is a passionate musician. In addition, he is a certified professional coach (CPCC).
The common thread here, which is woven into the fabric of Audira, is a desire to see people work in concert and authentically to achieve a meaningful goal. Stephen knows what magic can happen when people are all listening to each other, contributing, and moving in the same direction.
And yet, today’s leaders, teams and organizations are consumed by the daily crush of managing people, programs, and data in the hopes of doing more. Constantly on the go, most of us only half-listen to our customers, to our teams, and even to ourselves. Stephen realized that in today’s business environment, rarely do we take a beat to stop and really listen. For this reason, he founded Audira, a company named for the Latin word “to listen.”
Through one-on-one coaching, team facilitation, and strategic planning design, Audira has the tools and experience to help you re-define your soft skills, formalize your hard goals, and inspire a culture of alignment, accountability and respect. Whether for the individual, the team or the organization, Audira's mission is to inspire meaningful results that can be both felt and measured.
